From the initial connection Melissa got me pre-qualified it which the amounts changed twice, to following up to see how house shopping was going, to making an offer, offer accepted. Then getting the review process kicked off, telling me about Title options, when to lock the rate, what to expect in the process and introducing me to Sara. She was available via text and email and was super responsive and clearing roadblocks and getting the to clear to close and funding my new home.
