Jacob Presti is the Production Manager at Neighbors Bank, bringing more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience to the role. Since joining Neighbors Bank in 2018, Jake has served as a Loan Officer and, since 2021, has led the production team as Manager. His career has spanned a range of roles, including Loan Officer and Regional Manager of the Branch Team, giving him a deep understanding of both front-line sales and team leadership.

Jake stepped into his current role with a clear mission: to help loan officers succeed and to support Neighbors Bank’s growth into a nationally recognized leader in home lending.

With a focus on consistency, mentorship, and strategic growth, Jake plays a key role in helping Neighbors Bank deliver on its promise to make homeownership simple and accessible.

Outside work, he enjoys fitness, coaching, and spending time with his family.
