Alex Stilwell

Meet Alex

Alex grew up in Little Rock, AR before moving to Springfield, MO for college at Drury University, where he played baseball for the Panthers and received a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Following his undergrad, he spent two years in Atchison, KS where he was the pitching coach at Benedictine College. During this time, Alex received his MBA as well.

Alex's professional career has centered around lending, starting in 2020 with Paddio Home Loans. He worked as a loan officer with Paddio for a little over a year before moving into a management role with Paddio's loan origination team. He also has experience in commercial and investment property lending.

Alex has been married to his wife Bentley, also a loan officer with Neighbors Bank, since December of 2020. Alex and Bentley welcomed their first child, Ty, in July of 2023. They have two dogs, Harper and Tucker. Alex enjoys spending his time on the golf course, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, Kansas City Chiefs, or enjoying one of the many breweries in the Springfield area.
