Chris himself was helpful. But I feel he needs to run thru a training course for his people who he puts in charge of the entire process for him, so others don't feel the lack of good communication that we experienced.

Chris was great, he checked in regularly and was always available to answer questions. He was friendly and easy to talk to as well as very knowledgeable. His attentiveness in the very beginning was, in fact the primary reason I chose Neighbors Bank over a couple of the other options, I didn't even bother to continue with the other providers.
