She did a great job and was available to help at anytime.
Excellent in all areas
Gabrielle and JD were both responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions. I was stressed about everything but they helped to reduce that with their patience and understanding.
Gabrielle was amazing to work with!!! She is hands down the only reason I chose an FHA loan over some loan programs in my state, and the reason I didn’t go with any of the local lenders I met. I trust her so much, she is why I went with Neighbor’s bank over my other options.
Gabrielle was pretty solid, but when JD joined the team, everything seemed to go way downhill, and he kept giving us conflicting information from what Gabrielle was saying. It made for an incredibly confusing and frustrating experience, and there were a few things that we were unprepared for when they came due.Not only that, but it seemed like there was very poor communication between the realtor, the attorney, and citizens bank. The underwriter seemed surprised at the last minute that there was a shared well and easement for the driveway on the property, when everyone else seemed to be aware from the beginning.
