My loan officer was great. However, I would have liked more information about my closing cost fees more than a week before closing so, I could’ve been better prepared. Nevertheless, Her team came together to pull our loan through closing. I would still use their services in the future.

Ms. Yackley should have communicated more with me and my realtor. She is highly qualified, no doubt, but this entire loan process would have been less stressful had she communicated what was happening and why. Surely, the portal was helpful, but she needed to specifically let me know what was going on and why, next steps, and how I could assist in moving the process forward. Yet, I am thrilled to be in my new home. I thank her for this final and happy result.

Was very kind and helpful from the start, but there were a lot of communication issues here and there that could have been avoided. There was also one incident where she reacted very unprofessionally in a chain of emails.
