Surely, the portal was helpful, but she needed to specifically let me know what was going on and why, next steps, and how I could assist in moving the process forward. Yet, I am thrilled to be in my new home. I thank her for this final and happy result.

Was very kind and helpful from the start, but there were a lot of communication issues here and there that could have been avoided. There was also one incident where she reacted very unprofessionally in a chain of emails.

We could not lock our rate until the appraisal was submitted properly. Seemed that it was up to ourselves and the agents involved to follow up with the appraiser assigned by Neighbors Bank to get the appraisal submitted properly.
