Friendly but not knowledgeable about law in regards to home and property. Not informative of risks that may occur after purchase. Did not make appraisal review available to me the buyer, only the seller. This house should have had an inspection. The well should have been inspected, was not. The chimney should have been inspected, was not. As Is is when the home seller does nothing. This seller did not perform necessary fixes for a home to be habitable. I will never use this bank again.
