Jessica was born and raised in small town USA located in the heart of Illinois where she attended a private college and majored in Business Administration and Accounting. After being in the world of Accounting for several years she took a leap of faith into the mortgage industry and hasn’t looked back! In her free time, Jessica enjoys hanging out with friends, family, her dachshund Ozzie and her Goddaughter, Blake Anne. Jessica enjoys almost any outdoor activity, pushing herself physically at the gym, traveling and volunteering, specifically with Meals on Wheels.

Very very patient with all of my questions and extremely nice - she’s made for the role she has - I will definitely be a referral moving forward.
Jessica was helpful but I do see a lot of the process that needs help. Being an LC myself on the VU side, it was disappointing to see how different the experience was from the Neighbors’ side. We did end up closing pretty quickly but it wasn’t the VU experience. Hopefully over time and with feedback that can change. Phone calls to the borrower are heavily promoted on the VU side and I see why now. There was miscommunication and opportunity for lots of time savers if the LC made the FKO call, CA call and so forth. I did my part to make sure they had what they needed and didn’t always feel like I was heard or the urgency wasn’t there. I would recommend the loan officer but with a few tweaks the process would be better!

Jessica and Laura were quick to respond to any questions I had, made the whole process easy and straight forward!
Jessica was awesome and very helpful. She did a great job of explaining things. Our only issue was that sometimes it was hard to get a hold of Jessica, but we know she’s super busy and had a personal emergency while we were working with her, so we understand.
Loan Officer was amazing with answering questions. The only issue was not receiving daily rate updates as discussed, as well as them going on vacation without saying anything before hand.
