Meet Joshua
Josh was born and raised in the St. Louis, MO area, before relocating to Columbia, MO during the summer of 2021. He attended college at Fontbonne University, gaining a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. Josh was also a student athlete as a four year member of the baseball team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as time outdoors when weather permits. He is also a huge sports fan, and supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, as well as Mizzou Athletics.

All this was new to me as a first time homebuyer, any questions or concerns I had he was always available to talk and explain things to me. I felt he truly did care about me as an individual and making sure I was informed and happy with any decisions I had to make. I liked that he also took my preferences of contact an applied them because sometimes I prefer a call if I have a lot to take in/ discuss, but I also like to do some things over text and he did great with both for me.

Joshua and Justine were great though I felt that they were more responsive in the beginning than towards the end and at times this frustrated me. Like before a bid ever went thru they were checking in every couple days but once the paper work was started they would take a long time to respond. It was just strange and maybe not on them because they had to get answers from different people but sometimes I never did get a response, it was almost like they were avoiding the answer or something. Even just a let me check on that for you would.of been better than not answering, but I know I sounded crazy at time as this was the most frustrating experience I have had in my life. Nothing like buying a house 20+ years ago that is for sure and again I know that a lot of that was because of the type of loan and no fault of either Joshua or Justine.
