Meet Marissa
Marissa Nichols is an expert in mortgage lending. With over 13 years of Loan Officer experience she prides herself on being a great resource for all of her clients. She offers a variety of loan products including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional home loan financing. Marissa has a Communications degree and believes that great communication and good expectation setting are the key to success in lending. She is married with two young daughters. When she is not working, Marissa loves to have adventures with her family and friends. Whether this entails finding something fun to do outdoors or travelling to visit new places. She is a certified yoga instructor and believes this training helps her remain calm when files get complicated.
