Initially Melissa was nice and pleasant. Throughout the process I had questions/concerns and I reached out to Melissa to voice my concern and to receive clarification. While on the phone with Melissa she proceeded with a tone of aggravation and frustration in regards to my questions. I took my concerns to my realtor afterwards who also reached out to Melissa for clarification and Melissa also took the same tone and frustration out on my realtor Sherri. During the entire process neither I nor my realtor could get ahold of Melissa when we called her ext. the phone always went to voicemail and we’d have to wait for her to reach back out. Overall the lack in customer service skills and professionalism I would not recommend anyone to Melissa specifically.
Melissa went above and beyond on making sure our closing was as smooth as possible. Melissa stayed in contact with me even after hours to make sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend Melissa and her team. Thank you, Melissa for making this process so seamless!
