MELISSA JANKE is amazing!! there was never a point in this process that We felt misguided or mislead, she was super informative and very knowledgeable. We felt very confident when looking at homes because we'd send her the listings and she instantly reach out to us with all the details on the property, we were never in the dark. My wife and I had a horrible experience about a year ago when we first hit the market with a different lender. Needless to say it didn't work out. so we were extremely traumatized and weary coming to Neighbors Bank. But that quickly changed after talking to Melissa. It was like talking to my best friend or even my sister, she was 1200% real and honest but always proficient. I truly hope her manager gets a chance to read this because she absolutely deserves praise (a raise lol) for what she does for this company. Might I say, she even went out of her way to reach out to me while she was on vacation!!! just to reassure and encourage me, when I was having a meltdown over a house we liked. no-one does that!! Most lenders are just processors and they just want the deal and will push you into things you don't want. she showed genuine concern for us and our mental state. Buying a house is a huge deal and as first time home buyers we where in #panicmode all the time. I lost count on how many times Mellissa reached out to us just to check in and reassure us on the process. THANK YOU MELISSA!!! you ma'am are a rock star!!!!! I really hope this reaches future home buyers, because if the rest of neighbors bank is even HALF as amazing as Melissa they are in good hands. We wish everyone that had a part in our journey the very best, thank you!!
