No matter what curveball life threw at us, Melissa was there to let me know what my options were. Even when she had a holiday scheduled leading up to our closing date, she ensured someone else could cover for her, and she scrambled to get caught up when she came back right as we were trying to close. I feel like our loan was definitely a higher than average difficulty, as we were skirting the conventional loan limits as well as an acceptable debt to income ratio since we haven't sold our home yet, but she didn't flinch when I asked her to run the numbers again and see what our options were. To top it off, she sent a beautiful customised wall hanging for our new home!! She absolutely made this dream home come true.
