I\'m impressed with Melissa\'s demeanor, she is friendly and knowledgeable. She\'s efficient at what she does, she was quick to get paperwork processed and back to me. She was able to explain different loan packages and how each one worked and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was nice to know that Melissa was on top of her game and what needed to be done next. Every time we spoke on the phone she kept the same friendly and helpful demeanor in an otherwise stressful housing buying transaction.

Melissa was absolutely PHENONMENAL, I really cannot stress enough how pleasant she was to work with, and thoroughly diligent. My home buying journey started off simple, but became quite a complicated journey as contract after contract fell through for varying issues on the property side. Melissa stuck with me to the end and never once lost confidence we would succeed (even though I secretly did multiple times). Making it to the end of the journey is both satisfying and yet oddly sad, as Melissa and I have now worked together on this for so long it\'s quite weird to be \"done\" with it all. Through all the different bumps in the process she never stopped going out of her way to make sure everything went as quick and perfect as possible, and through the whole journey, the easiest side of it all by far was the lending half of things, as we always had clear expectations and quick deliveries. There were also multiple small things that made the experience personal, such as the buddy coverage from Melissa\'s time out of office (Rachel was also great), the Christmas gift and well wishes, and overall again, I cannot overstate how AMAZING Melissa was.

Melissa went above and beyond in every aspect of the loan process. She was in constant communication with me and she was able to answer my questions and concerns effortlessly and efficiently with little to no wait, which in this industry speaks volumes. Her ability to communicate with me the way she did truly made me feel valued from beginning to end. I have had several mortgages in my life, but she certainly provided the best experience I could have ever asked for.
