Rachael was amazing! She explained the process and reached out multiple times to provide me with updates and she was always very prompt at answering all my questions.
Couldn't imagine purchasing with anyone else!\nEven when things were out of her control she found ways to get us answer's and make our purchase as easy as possible!

Rachel made sure I was aware of everything going on during the loan process. She was great to work with.
Rachel was great! She communicated through text and email the whole time. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Also the pipeline coordinator Daryn was very helpful and great the whole process. Rachel & Daryn kept me updated throughout it all. I am very thankful and glad I chose Neighbors Bank. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Going through a divorce and being away from my son for two months until I could find another home for us was the worst experience I have ever gone through or ever could have imagined. Buying a home for the very first time was scary as well. Rachael and Daryn both helped make a very stressful situation more bearable and so much easier. They both helped along the way, whether it was answering questions, helping me get the info that was needed, explaining things to me, or just checking up on me throughout the process, and also sending us our first gift for our new home, a cozy blanket. Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart! I appreciate you both so much!
