Tim was incredible! From the beginning, he made sure we were set up for success. He called regularly to check in and make sure our needs were met and all questions answered. Between Tim and Tyler, we never waited on responses to questions. Tim has an awesome personality, too! Great to work with and enjoyed all of our conversations. Tim and Abbie were a wonderful team. They communicated with me throughout the year, even when I had not decided on a home to purchase. They were both very patient with me. If I had reached out to them, no matter in what form of communication, they would always return my call/message in a very short amount of time. I was never left hanging. If I did not understand something, they would talk me through it and explain it to me in a way that I could understand. I'm so glad I was able to work with them and I would definitely work with them again in the future. This was a long and tedious process but they made it simple and easier.
