Tim was fantastic to work with, as was Abbie Maislin, my loan coordinator. They understood my needs and worked with me to make sure they were met. They were both very clear and precise with what they needed from me, making sure that everything stayed on track for our anticipated closing date. They both called and emailed regularly to check in and make sure I understood every part of the process. When I needed help or information, they picked up every call, answered every text message and answered every email instantly. Tim worked hand-in-hand with me to make sure I got the best interest rate possible. He also called me on my way to the lawyer for the closing to congratulate me and remind me that he was always just a phone call away if I needed anything in the future.
