Mystle was a not a good loan coordinator, she made everything very difficult and didn't respond in a timely manner. Would ask for more documents than underwriting even needed. Just a hard time.

This was a process to get to the end. I don't feel like things were explained to me very well. I spent a lot of time frustrated. I feel like I had to do a lot of indicating things to happens faster.

From the first day I was contacted by the bank with the pre-approval through the closing the whole experience was excellent. The whole team is easy to get a hold of, kept me up-to-date along the way, and even reached out on milestones along the way even if it was after hours. Exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional.

Have them tell you way ahead of time what all you will be required to have before you except anything. It is a long process. So be ready. Make sure you lock down what you are really getting and who is covering what in writing.
