Working with Jessica and Kara was an absolute treat! From our first ever conversation, Jessica made us feel comfortable and at ease. She happily walked us through every single step of the process and never hesitated to jump on a call and answer every question I had (and trust me, I had a lot of them!). Kara seamlessly transitioned into our process and supported us as we were in the later stages of finding our beautiful home. She was so kind and supportive, it truly felt like the whole team was just as excited as we were when we hit closing day!! We couldn’t have done this without them, and the entire team, and we’ll forever be thankful!!

I guess I would have liked a little more guidance and education about what areas were involved with the overall process. I began my home buying experience thinking that Garret would handle everything but I found myself learning that there were various departments involved.
