The people at Neighbors bank have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process and will resolve questions you had. The portal app made it easy to supply the required documents they needed via a checklist system so you know what was already done and what was still needed. A big thank you to the crew that helped us out along the way. 10/10 id recommend Neighbors bank to anyone.

Derek Wilson was my loan officer! He was great. We’ve been working together for over a year and a half trying to find a house and he went to bat for me on every single turn! He got me a great deal on my new home & saved me a lot of money. If one house failed and the next house was a higher price he would get me that loan approval.! Derek it was absolutely! phenomenal!! First time navigating buying a home and even though the slight hiccups we had with finding the perfect home they were so kind and supportive. My experience was a dream come true. I always thought that it would be harder to accomplish my biggest goal in life. Chris Yackley was great in helping me and answering all my questions and doubts. Liz the realtor was also working hard with Ryan Lafrance which that team was also very great working all together with Chris to make our home affordable for me. It's very scary to buy your first home but with Chris explaining step by step it wasn't as scary and difficult as I thought. Once again I really want to thank Neighbor Bank in supporting me to buy my first home. I would definitely recommend this team to friends and family members.
