Garrett and Venus were absolutely the best! From start to finish, they made the home financing process smooth. Professional, responsive, and truly supportive every step of the way.
I never thought buying a home could be so easy! From the beginning, just a curiosity and prequalify, to the final closing my team was amazing! Shannon and Julia answered every question (and I asked a lot) without making feel like I was a burden. They kept me in the loop, even if they had no news. I can't express my gratitude enough! They made it possible to fulfill a dream I had for a home I wasn't sure would be possible. They are the best!
The loan process was organized and smooth. Bentley was very nice to work with and helped quickly and effectively with any questions or hurdles that arose. Right up to closing day the team at Neighbors worked hard to get us into our first home on schedule. I am very happy to have had my first time home buying experience with such a wonderful and caring team.

I had been looking for a new to me home for a very long time. I am widowed for many years and learned that when my husband passed that I didn't have enough credit in my own name to be able to do much with. I wanted to stop renting and purchase something. I looked a mobil homes and found the area I wanted to be in. Unfortunately, this is where I learned that I would need to do something about my non existant credit at that time. So I moved on in life and found a used mobil home I could but since the park worked with people helping get them in to a home. Now this was not where I was choosing to live the rest of my life but it would do. After some time, a few years actually, I approached the origianal park I wanted to live in. He asked what had changed. I had him run my credit report and it was much different than before. So, I worked out a deal for this park to move my home from where it was and set up living my life. I had only planned on about five years as that was what was required of me for them to help me move my home to their park. Five years came and went in no time. But life was good.. I had what I needed around where I lived to be comfortable. A few years later I was ready to move into a regular house. I started looking about the time Covid hit. I tried to get into a home that would have been perfect. But the whole town came down with the bug and on top of that I would have to sell my home and who was buying houses then? I continued looking, of course much time had passedgetting thru the pandemic stuff. Then it seemed the world was falling apart and you couldn't touch purchasing a new home let alone sell one. Tough times. But I has a dream of being in my own house . I even envisioned my home. Threee bedroom, at least two baths, a two car garage for roominess and a finished downstairs. All of these things would met my needs. Time went on and the interest rates hadn't changed in a long time but I felt it was time to be looking. Just in case . As I was looking I realized I should really get qualified or at least see what I needed to get qualified to be in the running to purchase my dream home. That's when I contacted Neighbors Bank. And I met on the phone the realtor with the info. From my first time talking to him about my situation and what I wanted in my life he was the right one to help me along my journey. He laid it all out on the table. You see I had accumulated debt. Of course we all did but I mean I really accumulated debt. But surely if you connect with the right counselor who knows what they are doing there is a way to solve every problem. Now I don't mean they can make things all comfortable and cozy in this process of working to gain financial freedom to be able to accomplish dreams. No, I actually didn't think I had a chance of breaking the bands that were holding me back from my dream. Especially after talking to Jason Reddy. I pictured him as this tough looking guy who thought he knew me and painted the picture of how hard it would be to accomlish exactly what I wanted. What I needed. He gave me some instruction and said if and when you accomplish this give me a call and we can reevaluate where my journey was and if I should continue on. That was a lot to process. How badly did I want my dream home? What was I willing to do, to sacrifice, to change my habits to bring this vision to realty? That was on me. I paid my mobilhome off. Put the money in the bank and called my realtor. Well Jason, I sold my home which you and I discussed was an option to help pay off my debts. Now you need to guide me as to what debts and how much I need to take care of to get me into a home. One of the suggestions was to rent my mobil home from the buyer for a short period of time to get me to my goal. The buyer was a okay with that idea. Jason spearheaded my situation and we had a plan and we, well I was the one working, the plan. What ever he suggested or thought would be in my best interest is what I did. Now I had obstacles all along the way. My job is old school. Wedon't even get a paycheck stub with the totals of the year on them . Sillythings like that. But with the proper guidance, Jason got me thru. I know I was a pain cause I was always asking are you sure this is going to happen. My family would ask did you get the house? My reply was not until the fat lady sings. Well by george----She SANG. That was one of the happiest days in my life. I moved into my three bedroom two and a half bath, two car garage and a finished downstairs the week of Christmas. Spent "Christmas Eve in my new home. Merry Christmas to me. But most of all Merry Christmas and Many Many thankyous to Jason Reddy for his willingness to take a chance on tr;ying to help me to help myself. I will always be grateful for him. If you truly want a new home and you really mean it. Look him up and ask him to help you get your dream. Thank you Kathy N.

They were very kind and patient with me. Talk me through a lot of things I didn't understand. Kept in contact with myself and my real estate agent. Gave me time to get all the paperwork together. I work very well with them. I would recommend them to anyone want a USDA loan.

Over the last couple of months I have been working with Shannon Matlack to purchase my dream home. Shannon is an absolute GEM. She was very responsive to all my needs and had a positive attitude throughout the entire process. I ran into several obstacles along the way (no fault of hers) but she worked diligently to help me resolve them in order to move forward. Anyone who has the opportunity to have her as their loan officer is blessed. She is amazing!!
Between the app and online platform, it was very easy to stay up to date with our loan process. The team was helpful and understanding.
Jessica and Kathryn were absolutely amazing! They were responsive and explained everything carefully. No hiccups anywhere!
The two people I dealt with were intelligent and friendly. I was kept informed well every step along the process. The website is easy to navigate too, keeping me updated on the progress and my to do list to expedite matters.
