Their response time was always fast, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

My loan officer Tim was great. The process itself was definitely difficult but when you you’re getting a mortgage you can expect things to be difficult. The underwriting was by far the worst part of this process, the underwriters could definitely improve, several times our documentation was questioned only for the answer to be already in the document. I don’t think they took the time to fully read the paperwork before sending it back.
