Neighbors Bank makes buying a house easy. The entire process of getting pre-approved and submitted documents can be done easily from you computer or mobile device. Communication is mostly electronic (SMS or email). The app is user friendly and easy for anyone to figure out.

The people at Neighbors bank have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process and will resolve questions you had. The portal app made it easy to supply the required documents they needed via a checklist system so you know what was already done and what was still needed.
