I loved how fast Shannon worked to get our loan processed when she knew we had a short time frame. Austin took over in the underwriting stage and he was phenomenal also, he helped me get what I needed for the underwriting team. Overall the whole team was outstanding. They helped us get out house bought. I appreciate everyone on the team who helped.

Shannon and Alyssa worked hard to assist me with my loan. It was a little over a month from offer to closing. Shannon helped me navigate a new load with the federal shut down. I would definitely recommend them

I have heard many stories about how difficult the mortgage process can be. This was not the case with Neighbors Bank. Garret and Tiffani did a phenomenal job in making this a smooth and easy process for me. I went from pre-approved to homeowner in less than 2 months. I still can't believe it!

I am 60 years old and have bought several houses over the years. Neighbors Bank was definitely the easiest and friendliest Mortgage Company I’ve ever experienced. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Shannon Matlack and Alyssa Dowell were awesome!!! Shannon was very patient, informative, and personable. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance. Very knowledgeable on USDA, FHA, and Conventional Loans. A+ Perfect 10.😊
