I looked online just to see what kind of loan companies that were out there and landed on Neighbors. I am glad I did. They were very easy to talk to and made the whole experience wonderful. Jaime and Brittney were the greatest. Explained the process and kept me updated. Would definitely use them again.

My loan officer and loan coordinators went above all else. My home buying process was a bit unorthodox compared to others. I genuinely felt as if the loan officer Devin Jenkins not just heard my plan but rather saw the vision I had mapped out. The team really took into consideration of my tight budget since the United States Postal Service has a long grueling process in order to sustain a single dad living income. Every obstacle was handled with professionalism and I felt like there was usually more than one way Devin went about handling business. The best part was the ability my loan officer had to break the ice and get to know the consumer.

My loan team was fast, professional, accommodating, understanding, and made the entire process seamless and fast. The site was self explanatory and the few times I had questions about an email or process Jessica and Kara answered me faster than I could reasonably expect, they were on top of it. They made me feel confident in the entire process and sure that I brought my business to the right place. I’ll be back for sure.
