Would recommend Neighbors Bank
I started my journey with neighbors bank April of this year and as of July 9th 2025 I am officially a homeowner. I never thought it would happen that fast and the team that I had with Neighbor’s Bank were top notch. Very clear communication even on weekends when they did not have to answers my questions and worked diligently to make sure this was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend and I will for sure use Neighbor’s Bank again if the opportunity arises.
The entire team at Neighbors Bank made the home buying experience extremely easy. My fantastic loan officer, Jason Reddy, especially and the other folks I dealt with, everyone was great. I would definitely recommend Jason and the team at Neighbors to anyone looking to buy a home.

I gave a 10 because I know what a poor rating means. With that being said, I was never called when we were clear to close. I specifically gave the LC a date and time for closing and it was initially scheduled wrong. Please know your audience and realize not everyone does business by text message.
Great people to work with very honest and made our home buying experience a great one. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
We had such a great experience working with Neighbors Bank for our home loan. From start to finish, the communication was clear, quick, and super helpful. Even though I’m from a small town, the service we got was better than what I’ve ever had locally. Everything moved along smoothly, and we always felt like we were in good hands. I’d definitely recommend Neighbors Bank to anyone looking for a home loan—they really made the process easy and stress-free.

Bentley and Morgan were amazing and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first time buying a house and applying for a loan. Bentley answered all my questions and explained the process and next steps, ensuring that I understood the process. Upon closing, our realtor and titling agent also commented on how smooth everything went and expressed how impressed they were with our team at neighbors bank and they hope to work with them again in the future. Overall it was a great experience!
$1000.00 error discovered at closing. No apologies, just asked if we wanted to continue. Client advocate gets involved. Told me it was our fault.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was honestly overwhelmed at the start of the process — but working with Aspen Harris made everything so much smoother. She was incredibly patient, explained every step clearly, and never made me feel like any question was too small. Her knowledge and experience helped me stay grounded through what could have been a very stressful experience.Aspen checked in consistently, offering just the right amount of guidance without ever making me feel pressured. I was not told about a grant in my state and had to negotiate with the seller to be able to extend the closing date so I could apply for it.
