Had a great experience with Neighbors Bank from start to finish. The approval process was quick and straightforward, and their app is one of the best I’ve used—super intuitive with a clean, easy-to-navigate UI.Everything from pre-qualification to closing went smoothly, with clear communication the whole way through. They offer a wide range of loan options too, including rural development and FHA with down payment assistance, which made a big difference for us.Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommend Neighbors Bank if you’re looking for a lender that makes the process simple and efficient.

The loan process was incredibly straight-forward and all of our worries about down payment costs, and types of loans available were taken care of for us as soon as we mentioned them. Mr. Cooper was incredibly responsive, and was very pleasant to work with when I needed to call and ask about uncertainties. Whether it was a question about something on our paperwork, questions about estimations and costs, or confirmations that I was understanding something properly, he was always happy to help and easy to reach. Overall working with Neighbor's Bank was very seamless and took a lot of stress off our shoulders!

My team Joey M and Tiffani K were top notch! They answered every one of my questions thoroughly and patiently. They took care of navigating the process of first time home buying with ease. Their kind words of encouragement and support really helped me through all my feelings. This was a tough sale due to the selling party but their willingness to not give up on me and my dream of owning a home was one of the best parts of working with them. I really appreciated the communication between weekly check-ins as well as talking through every step of the way. I can't thank these two enough for all their work, hands down best team ever!

Our experience with Neighbors Bank was beyond amazing!! Our NB mortgage team went above and beyond our expectations to put us in the home of our dreams!! When I would get stressed or anxious, I could always count on Heather Yackley to come to my rescue and make everything make sense again.We would most definitely recommend NB and will use them again in the future if we ever decide to leave our lake house!!

Neighbors made the mortgage loan process very easy and straightforward. I love the pp and seeing my "to-do's" and progress. The loan coordinator Jennifer was also helpful in coordinating all the receipts and documentation I needed to provide as well as being responsive to questions. Overall just a great exoerience for a big purchase decision!
