We applied for one of the most difficult government loans available, USDA LOAN. This loan took hours of work for us and them and patients on both sides. They had loan officers at every stage of the loan checking all the information to make sure everything went through without a hickup. We applied in early May of 2026 by mid to late July we closed and had the keys to our new home in hand. What a great team to have in your corner we did not go through a real state company so we saved $1000’s just in that way they guided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this bank they most definitely have the te team you want on your side. Thank you so much Chad , Corey, Alexis among many others I know I missed even the call center was extremely helpful and excellent!!!

Mable is a superstar . Don't ever let her leave. She started out as a loan agent and was a friend when it's over. Heather was great to . Max was the only one I had a bad experience with. He needs to work on some things . Like lers not wait until the last possible minute to ask for stuff. He almost cost our closing we had because he waited until noon on the Friday before closing wanting 1 more item . We barley got it in time so we could close. It was very stressful. Mable kept me calm and helped with the stress he cause. If I could give Mable 15 stars I would.

Jessica and Kara were incredible to work with. They answered questions, kept us in the loop about where we were in the process, and made getting a mortgage feel as straightforward as it could have possibly felt. We didn’t buy a house, we bought a home, and they made sure we got there.

Super nice staff! Sometimes hard to get ahold of but they have a lot of clients so it's understandable. Willing to work with you and also have realtors they recommend. Very personable. Would recommend to anyone that wants staff that is straight forward and will provide all the tools you need. Couldn't have done this without them.
