Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind, and they made a process that can often feel stressful much easier to navigate. They were responsive to my questions, took the time to explain things when needed, and worked hard to help me reach my goal of purchasing my home. Buying a home is a major milestone, and Melissa Janke helped make the entire experience much less stressful than I expected. Reilly Aldrich and Cecil Anderson were the most awesome guys for this company. They were easy to work with. They really are the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with for a home loan. I very recently closed on my new home. Neighbors Bank made it so easy! I did everything online and they were always quick to reply if I had questions or concerns. My realtor said they were a dream to work with. She told me that the process was by far the easiest she has had all year. She plans to tell other perspective buyers about Neighbors Bank too!
