The underwriter was overstepping her authority and caused closing to be delayed by weeks. Thankfully, Steve didn’t give up and pushed the side of logic and got the blockage resolved. Major kudos to Steve and Logan for doing everything they can to make my dream of homeownership a reality. I really had just about given completely up battling the underwriter.

When you think you honestly never could have good enough credit or enough money to even apply for a first time home buyers loan. Neighbors bank gave me hope. I thought it would take forever to achieve my goal of owning my own home but they helped me in so many ways! Just know be patient your home will be there at the end of it. All of the people I worked with and had to talk to were always so nice and easy to talk to! They never let me down and were always there! I really couldn’t be where I’m at right now without them! I’d recommend them as your lender to your 1st or even 2nd home!!!
