Neighbors bank was amazing! The customer service was top notch. Our loan officer, Cecil Anderson, was on top of everything and made sure we understood all of our options and walked us through the entire process. This was our second time buying a home, but this experience was by far greater than the first time we bought a house. Thank you so much to the team that helped us buy our home: Jenna Doolittle, Ngan, Molly, and Alycia. You all were truly a pleasure to work with and we will be recommending you all in the future!

Your underwriting process has some serious problems. We were asked several times to produce documents only the seller could produce, and when we asked for clarification we felt mistrusted and that the underwriter thought we were perpetrating a fraud. Eventually we came to understand that most of our problems were caused by an inexperienced underwriter asking for items not needed for this type of loan, or for the wrong property (mistake in the address made by our processor which led to misunderstandings with the underwriter.) Thankfully, Steve was able to get us back on track and through to close on time.
