They were wonderful. They responded quickly to all inquiries from us or from our real estate agent and we’re so kind and knowledgeable about everything! They took care of any mishaps or bumps in the road efficiently and I would happily recommend them to anyone! Even during the holidays, we were able to get in touch with everyone and we have no complaints.

My experience working with Neighbors Bank reminded me of in person interaction I would have walking in a bank. I never felt like I was dealing with individuals who reside in a different state. I never had a question or concern that was not addressed in a fair amount of time. I got text messages with timely updates regarding the progress of the loan. If I had concerns about a process, I would get information explaining the reason for it. I worked with Cecil Anderson and Laura Eidson. I recommend Neighbors Bank. You will not get lost in the paperwork or fall through the cracks!
