I had not bought a home in 20 years, and I was working with two lenders and after talking to Neighbors Bank loan officer I realize that they were the choice for me. They were very transparent and explained all the details of how all the paperwork had to be organized in order to obtain the loan. My team of Rachel, Daryn, and DeeDee were excellent! Love there attention to detail, and they put me first as the customer. Excellent customer service!

We always had problems with our credit due to unforeseen circumstances. We worked with other Banks and mortgage companies but they would just dismiss us because our issues were too much to be bothered with. Not a Neighbors Bank. They made us feel welcome, important, and above all, hopeful. And now we own a home of our own because of their hard work and determination. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need a mortgage, this is the place to go too. You won't find anyone who can do things like they can.
