Melissa Janke and Sarah Treat made the process of getting a mortgage easy to digest. The steps to filling out the paperwork and getting necessary documents were broken down in digestible pieces as to not overwhelm their client. It was an easy flow.

Neighbors Bank was extremely helpful throughout my entire house-buying process. I\'m a first time home buyer so I went in to the experience with a lot of apprehension, but they were GREAT about helping me through each step of the way, very clear in explaining what I needed to do, and very personable which made the process that much better! Jake and his team did a phenomenal job working with me on a new construction home. Their communication was top notch and the online portal was a hassle-free way for me to provide information and view and sign documents with just a couple clicks. They were able to get me down to the interest rate I was looking for and made sure that my escrow lines were set up correctly, which can be difficult for new home builds. I highly recommend them!

Make sure you are given a timeline of when steps will be completed. Be prepared to call frequently and inquire on status of loan since the one displayed in the portal is misleading.
