This entire team is amazing. They walked me through every step. They put so much heart into it, helping me and understanding me. Extended so much incredible patience as we went thru many homes. Our initial experience with Neighbors Bank and our loan officer was great- she was very responsive, helpful and prompt during the qualification and pre-approval phases. During our closing, however, our loan officer and her team were difficult to get ahold of, less than helpful, and left us regretting our decision to finance through Neighbors. We are hoping future refinancing transaction(s) go more smoothly.

Neighbors bank is an awesome bank to work with. We felt less stress in the home buying process. If I had to do it again I would choose Neighbors bank. The loan team is great. Thank you again for all use have done for me and my family.

Scott and his team were amazing. I would highly recommend working with their team. Their customer portal is so easy and hassle free to use. I felt safe and secure sending documents with sensitive information. I never once felt uneasy about anything. They made an extremely stressful situation easier to deal with. The communication was always kind, professional, and informative.
