Jason Reddy was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He was very patient, answered every question I had regarding the home buying process and was definitely in my corner the whole time, even worked with me through my busy work schedule! I really sincerely hope Jason gets the recognition he deserves, wouldn’t have been possible to be a first time home buyer without him! Thank you Jason!

I've never left a review before now on anything whatsoever. But this experience was so ridiculous It's hard to believe. The 1st if 8 closing dates they provided was on April 30th this year. The loan finally closed just yesterday. They prevented closing for the last 2 months due to me needing to come up with $8k for closing costs only to receive a $500 check from themselves due to them estimating incorrectly to somehow owe me that money at closing. Postponed again during the 6th month of closing over a .67 transaction in my daily checking account from 3 months prior they wanted me to explain and even ended up telling me I needed to contact an acquaintance that I had wired money to recently and have them provide they're personal bank statements to show they weren't holding money for me in a separate account in their name. Completely bizarre. But hey, they did send me a coupon in email hours after closing for a free appraisal for anyone I refer to them! This is your referral if you can benefit from it!

This has been the absolute hardest process. The Loan officer I dealt with did not seem to know how to communicate or was not interested in helping but thankfully the loan coordinator I had assigned to my loan, J.D. Parks, was great and he was always willing to help answer any questions I had. All though the loan officer did not listen to several issues I had with the information she provided to me, J.D. was able to understand my issues and address them.
