Neighbors stayed on track with initial projected date to close while providing quality service. Chad and John were friendly, knowledgeable and great communicators making the nerve wracking process of buying a home a lot easier and less stressful. And bless their hearts, they had to put up with me so that was a job within a job! The website was easy to use and self explanatory making the underwriting component of securing a mortgage bearable. Overall a great experience, I would recommend using this financial institution without any hesitation.
