Early February 2024 I was at work in a hotel room just thinking about owning a home, decided to google search home loans and Neighbors bank popped up, to be completely honest I never thought I’d own a home in my life, but a few short questions and answers I had a pretty good idea of what I needed to do to boost credit score and the financial team even contacted me and told me what all to do and not to do to help. Tremendous help, I almost couldn’t believe it. Talked with Tim and then I was on a hunt for a house and to work more on the credit, a few weeks passed and Tim contacted me to see how everything was going and to see if I had found anything yet, which I haven’t due to being busy out of town for work and a stale housing market at my hometown. Shortly after I found my dream home, then I gave Tim a call, 31 days later I’m writing this review, sweaty and exhausted on my couch in my NEW home. 100/10 would recommend Tim, Tyler and the finance team at Neighbors as they made my dream come true!

Overall, it was a great experience and we are so happy that we chose to move forward with Neighbors. We shopped around and Neighbors was the best option for us and we would recommend to anyone buying a home!

Neighbors Bank made it fairly easy to understand what was required during our home buying process and our lenders responded very quickly to any questions we had and were very helpful in the whole process. I would definitely recommend neighbors bank to first time home purchases.

Seemed an unusual amount of paperwork. We may have had some unusual circumstances but still very laborious process. Our second home seems to show up as our primary residence even after clarifying that not the case…certificate of trust is the only legally required document. We were told we needed to send the entire document. Our lawyer said that was wrong… faxed over nearly fifty pages of documents…didn’t find the process easy. Did like the website.
