I recently received a survey asking me to review my lender’s team, and I can honestly say that Garret was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond in every way—communicating after regular business hours and even on weekends to ensure I felt supported throughout the process.Although we’ve never met in person, Garret truly impacted my life by helping make my dream of homeownership a reality. The journey to owning a home is not for the faint of heart. There were moments when I genuinely believed it wouldn’t happen. But Garret was there every step of the way—guiding me through house tours, answering every mortgage question, and helping me navigate the frustrating and overwhelming moments with patience and reassurance.I didn’t come to the table with perfect credit—just bills to manage and a heart that needed guidance. My actual loan officer Kolby was great. I did have trouble getting a finalized list of documentation concerning the USDA process. I did frustrated multiple times. It took close to 6 months to complete. If it wasn’t for Kolby I would have backed out.
