Neighbors Bank made it so easy for me. The employees I worked with, the loan officer (Rob Parham), and literally everybody (Nikki the realtor) were all very informative and answered all my questions quickly. The process was very smooth on my side. The system they use makes it easy to give them information. I highly recommend using Neighbors Bank.

Reed was absolutely awesome to work with. He answered all our questions and concerns as first time homebuyers. We kinda some issues with Alyssa D unfortunately. We were told that Alyssa would be taking over the loan process and all communication would be through her. So when the time came (multiple times) we had to reach out for clarification or information on where we were at in the process. I always had to reach out to Reed. Alyssa would only respond to emails. Other than the experience and communication issues with her, the rest of the buying process was great!

Rob Pharm was one of the most helpful people. No matter the question I had I knew I could always go to him. Kept good contact during the long wait for closing. Even made it convenient with my work schedule which can be hectic. Lindy was super helpful, and even decorated our door when it was closing day! She was always available, and helped me understand what things mean, what prices were reasonable, and how to buy my first home. I’ll be forever thankful for your knowledge you passed along! Thank you

Absolutely wonderful and very helpful and informative group of people that helped me with the process of purchasing my home!! I called and talked with them about buying a house and they helped me get my credit situation up to where I needed it to be and I was able to find and purchase my family's forever home. Neighbors people are the most respectful and kind people that I have ever had to talk to over the phone. Everyone told me that the home buying process was the hardest thing to do. But Neighbors Bank made the experience a lot more easier than I expected. Great bunch of people!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a new home.
