I would absolutely recommend this bank to anyone in the process of looking for a new home! We are first time buyers and have heard how scary this process can be but we are very thankful for the hard work and dedication from our loan officers and closing team. They made this process amazing and very easy! I would definitely go through neighbors bank again & will be referring others to them. I also really liked the online portal, it was very easy and convenient to use and upload documents. Neighbors Bank 10/10!!!!

100/10 - recommend!!! Neighbors Bank (Joey and his team in particular) were absolutely fantastic to work with. From us not wanting to rush this house buying process to changing our minds and buying a house just 3 months after we started looking. Joey and his team were on top of things from the start and made sure things went smoothly. They communicated very well and made sure we understood the process.

Overall the process seemed to go fairly well with a few set backs. The closing date was postponed several times. Other than that the process was simple with the tasks listed out in a simple to understand format through the neighbors bank portal.

If I Didn’t have Drew Schenk and Amber our Realtor to get us through this process , we would have quit and went with another bank for Sure ! But Drew was Great he kept me going and saying don’t quit we’re almost there! Drew Schenk is a God Send to your Mortgage side of your bank !!

The team helping me was incredible! Very communicative and easy to reach. They did a great job letting me know when anything needed to happen or if I was waiting on anything. They helped me find insurance and went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best price possible! I really really enjoyed working with them!
