Don’t. That’s all I can say about working with Neighbors Bank for your home loan. Buying a home is in the top 3 most stressful events in your life, but these folks made it absolutely the most stressful, most frustrating, the most demeaning event in our lives. Shop around & find an institution that will actually value your situation, your business.

I was skeptical at first and I never dreamed that I'd ever be able to own a house. Neighbors Bank broke down the whole process for me and provided important resources. The team I was assigned was excellent and resourceful. I had a great experience overall and highly recommended!

Neighbors Bank professionals was efficient and very friendly. Using an online lender was great as we could do things at a time that was convenient for us. Our second mortgage with Neighbors.
