Everyone I talked to throughout the closing process was friendly and fast with their responses. The website made all timelines and required steps very easy and clear. This is the third house we've bought, and it was by far the easiest closing process we've experienced!

All this was new to me as a first time homebuyer, any questions or concerns I had my loan officer was always available to talk and explain things to me. I felt he truly did care about me as an individual and making sure I was informed and happy with any decisions I had to make. They're very available to contact and stay in contact with. They are on top of things, they reached out with progress updates and reminders throughout the whole loan process which was great.
