I had a prequalified letter then when it came to closing I had to rush and pay another debt off before I could close. This information made no sense since I had a prequalified letter. So neighbors bank cost me more money. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and no one ever called me. I was going to be homeless because of the situation but i rushed and paid what I needed to, to get to the closing table within the contracted amount of time. If I hadn’t had made an offer on a home I would have looked at a different mortgage company.

Some of the stuff the underwriting needed was just not necessary. The loan officers don’t return calls or emails. They was some what helpful. They didn’t seem like they cared if I could this loan or not.

Our loan officer Andrew Barlow was super awesome! Always friendly and willing to answer anytime I had any questions no matter how small my concern was! The beginning of the process of buying a home was nice. Christina Jordan did a wonderful job with staying in touch and helping out with things that needed to be handled in the earlier stages of started. Later on in the process got a bit bumpy and a few things could have been a bit better. I feel as a client the ball was dropped on me a few times. The communication from my loan coordinator was very awful and it took me and my agent several times reaching out to get a response back. Some of the information was misleading to a point I was extremely frustrated. The underwriters fail to let us know we needed to have more testings done until 2 days before my first closing date. My closing date was thrown around 4 separate times. The reason I wouldn’t recommend a referral is because I had already recommended 2 other people during the process of first buying and again the ball was dropped on me and I get very little to no communication. When communication was there it was misleading.
