I think the paperwork parts were very frustrating and some thing I felt they could of asked for way sooner, knowing that it would probably be needed like the fact that my paperwork said I was divorced but then they didn't ask for any of that paperwork until his name was.on my daughters paperwork. And knowing that my child was an adult but no knowing till the last minute that we would need so many forms to prove she didn't work and never had. All of these things could.of been gathered way sooner had I had known and the whole.process just seemed very disorganized. I know papers.had to go back and forth but maybe a heads up.that they may need some of these forms . I know a lot of that is on the type of loan now but didn't know that before started and it was very frustrating. But overall it was a positive experience and I thank my loan team for the support when needed.
