Personally, I feel the closing fees are a bit too excessive on neighbors bank end. And then the fees that rack up for going past our original closing date ( I didn't know existed) on something that wasn't in my control that made us go over the alloted closing date. The title company I chose to go with is actually the cheapest around and or near me based on comparing CC's. This'll be my 3rd home purchase in my life, and this one is by far the highest costs I've seen yet on only a $127k loan. If I didn't already have life goals and plans that were time sensitive made for this cash out refinance, I would've 100% checked with another lenders CC's. I couldn't have wasted anymore time so I went thru with Neighbors Bank. Other than that, I'm fairly pleased.
