You can't control who's going to be your neighbor once you buy your home but here's the one time you can pick a good neighbor right from the start. Mystle was a not a good loan coordinator, she made everything very difficult and didn't respond in a timely manner. Would ask for more documents than underwriting even needed. Just a hard time.
