The team at Neighbors Bank are awesome! They know what they're doing. They made the process go very smooth. Our Loan Officer, Tim Vieck, explained every step of this process and answered all of our questions. This was our first time buying a home and every other bank we reached out to made it seem impossible for us to purchase a home. Tim helped us along the way and reassured us when we had questions. I want to warn new or first home buyers prepare yourself for the process. Its stressful and takes alot of paperwork sometimes just remember your team is in your corner so breath and get them what they ask for and you will be happy in the long run but don't get discouraged or give up.
