    The rates are higher than average, even for someone with good credit. Communication at the preapproval process was great, but once I had an accepted offer communication from the loan coordinator was lacking. I was asked a few days before my planned closing date for documents I had uploaded nearly two weeks prior. Clear to close came too close to planned closing and we had to sit around waiting at closing for the funds from Neighbors Bank wire to be received.

Higher-than-expected rates, last-minute document requests, and delays with the wire at closing are all understandably frustrating, especially at such a critical stage.

    You should have received consistent communication and a smoother, more prepared closing experience. I’d appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and help provide some clarity.

    The close date was over 2 weeks late. Neighbors bank was not prepared. That isn’t acceptable to me. I could have lost the house we wanted.
