I've been dreaming of owning a home my whole life, and I just never thought it would really happen until I started talking with Neighbors Bank. It took some persistence and tenacity on my part as well, but with the help of Jessica and Kara at Neighbors, my dream came true and now I own my home!

My entire experience with neighbors Bank was a complete nightmare. I will never ever use an online banker ever again. I will always bank locally. This was completely horrible.

From the first click for pre-qualifications to the final closing everything was smooth and made a lot of sense. The team that I worked with communicated effectively, not too often but just right. The app was amazing at keeping me up-to-date 24 hours a day seven days a week and guided me through the process effortlessly.

After working with two other lending companies that unfortunately fell short, my experience with Neighbors Bank was a refreshing and positive change. Charles was consistently friendly, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire homebuying process.He was patient and understanding when addressing my questions and helping me manage the anxiety that can come with purchasing a home.
