I very recently closed on my new home. Neighbors Bank made it so easy! I did everything online and they were always quick to reply if I had questions or concerns. My realtor said they were a dream to work with. She told me that the process was by far the easiest she has had all year. She plans to tell other perspective buyers about Neighbors Bank too!

Neighbors bank would not tell me if I was approved for my loan until a couple days before the closing. Every few days the bank would ask for more docs and act like they didn't know whay they were doing for over a month. And neighbors bank could not get my loan closed until a week after the original closing date.

From the first click for pre-qualifications to the final closing everything was smooth and made a lot of sense. The team that I worked with communicated effectively, not too often but just right.
