Paden blew it out of the water, he answered all questions that we had and at any time of day. Feels good to be able to call late and night just go get a response. Emma did an amazing job responding via email as well! Paden not only was helpful through the whole process but showed up to our closing !!! He helped get it done and stayed late on a Friday just so we could get our keys. Will use neighbors bank again for our next home.

The application process was not difficult. It did tend to seem a little drawn out at times and this mainly due to coordination of tasks between all involved parties. Everyone was very professional, very pleasant on the phone and banking app worked great for uploading docs.

Kolby and Julia were amazing to work with. They answered all our questions quickly and even answered over the weekend at times. They were so helpful as we navigated buying a house for the first time. Neighbors bank loan team has been above and beyond professional. Garret Ennenbach and the loan team worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs and expectations to close on our new property. We had interest in two previous properties but backed out, because of structural issues. The loan team continued to support us while we were seeking other homes. Number three was the charm and Neighbors bank thanked us for giving them the opportunity to work with us. We want to thank Garret Ennenbach and the loan team for all their help.
