Communication was beyond poor. The process of getting needed documents could have been handled in far less time if someone had actually returned, or even initiated, a single phone call. As it was, we had to revised and submit the same document FIVE TIMES.

The first person I worked with Aylex was very polite and wonderful to work with she answered all questions I had and worked really hard to get back with me as soon as possible. Once my loan got transferred from her everything went mostly smooth until the last couple of weeks. I called multiple times with no call back, sent emails that were not replied to in a timely manner. It’s all worked out now I just got irritated with lack of communication
