I cannot say enough positive things about Neighbors Bank, our loan officer (Tim Vieck), loan coordinator (Abbie Maislin) and the real estate agent they paired us with (Tammy Jackson). I went from a pipe dream of an application assuming I would get turned down for the loan to closing on my home in just 2 months. Every one of them was fantastic to work with, stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I understood every step of the process. They answered every phone call and responded to text messages and emails almost instantly. I got a great interest rate thanks to Tim working with me and the final closing cost was right in line with their estimate at the beginning of the process. I absolutely recommend Neighbors Bank and their mortgage team and in the future should I be in the market for another house, I will definitely be coming back to them.

Crystal Washington is the ONE! She is phenomenal in every aspect of her job. I will recommend Crystal to any person, especially a first-time home buyer, as she makes this process so easy to understand. She treats her clients as people and not just numbers. She deserves a raise and a paid vacation! Neighbor's Bank was extremely easy to work with. They answered all the questions I had and made this experience wonderful.
