As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions as we approached our closing day. Both Khalil and Abbie were incredibly responsive and communicative. At every point in the process, we knew exactly what was needed from us, and they kept us in the loop regarding the status of our loan. The Neighbors website is also a pleasure to use. Neighbors stayed on track with initial projected date to close while providing quality service. Chad and John were friendly, knowledgeable and great communicators making the nerve wracking process of buying a home a lot easier and less stressful. And bless their hearts, they had to put up with me so that was a job within a job! The website was easy to use and self explanatory making the underwriting component of securing a mortgage bearable. Overall a great experience, I would recommend using this financial institution without any hesitation.
