Our Loan Officer, Tim Vieck, explained every step of this process and answered all of our questions. This was our first time buying a home and every other bank we reached out to made it seem impossible for us to purchase a home. Tim helped us along the way and reassured us when we had questions. This would not have been possible without the guidance we received from Tim and Neighbor's Bank.
Very helpful throughout the whole process. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else
I want to warn new or first home buyers prepare yourself for the process. Its stressful and takes alot of paperwork sometimes just remember your team is in your corner so breath and get them what they ask for and you will be happy in the long run but don't get discouraged or give up.
My biggest concern is we were given the clear to close but they weren’t completely done with having the property re-appraised, also after we were given the go ahead on closing day, we waited 2 hours for loan documents to be sent to the title company and only after my realtor reached out quite a few times, did it get finished. Also the person who was supposed to be sending the documents would not answer texts or calls from my realtor to find out what was going on. Otherwise it was a fairly seamless process.
Very honest friendly and super fast wrote contact on Jan 25 closed on April 1st!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a home loan !
The home buying process is already a stressful process. After going through a different lender and being disappointed, we came to Neighbor's Bank and were able to get the loan we needed for our purchase. Jessica and Emma were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.
This was my first home buying experience. The team at neighbors bank helped me understand the steps I needed to take as I was very novice to the whole process. I honestly didn’t think things were going to work out but, in the end I was able to sign contract to get into my first home. I can’t thank the team enough for helping me acquire one of my life’s goals.
I haven’t bought I home sense 2006 and a lot have changed in buying a home and how they teach you as you are going through the process because I learned a lot very good information
