I recently purchased my first home. The entire process, from pre-qualification to closing, was a very positive experience. I particularly found it helpful to be able to text my loan officer and get answers. I would like to express my gratitude to Abbie Truskowski and Abbie Maislin- They are superstars!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to Friends and Family for sure!!

We had a terrific team with Kye Adams as the lead. The team worked hard and kept everything moving to achieve a closing date within the 30 day limit we were bound to by the seller. All worked out beautifully. Great job team!!

I wouldn't recommend using them unless you like to text message. Takes forever to have them call you back and waited til last minute to request something that should have been handled from the beginning

If you choose to go through neighbors bank even if you don’t have 700 credit score they can help you they can tell you what to do to get approved if you aren’t there yet and if you’re barely there with your credit they will help you maintain that score so you don’t screw it up prior to closing. Read your documents stay informed and do your due diligence so you don’t have surprises
