My experience with Jessica and Kara at Neighbors Bank was PHENOMENAL. The communication kept me confident and assured throughout the process and when creative solutions were needed, they delivered. I can't imagine going with another lender after going through this process with Jessica and Kara. Thank you for everything!

I felt that the person assigned to us, working under Chris, could have been more in tune with the process. I felt like there were things that could have been done differently to help make this experience easier. Not the least of which was better communication. Giving us answers to our questions about tasks or giving us our tasks in a more timely manner. There were times I had questions that I couldn't reach my person who was "helping" us with the process and I had to ask my real estate agent to reach out for me as she had better luck getting the answers I needed. The question above asked about would I recommend neighbors bank, yes, but not unconditionally.
