I feel like everyone could have been more educated about the process. It felt like this was the first time anyone had done an FHA Loan. From misreading our income, to needing a second appraisal, prolonging the process by several months, and even losing paperwork we had mailed in the entire experience was a terrible mess. My Loan Officer was kind and answered my questions however no one in the office communicated so we had to provide the same documents over and over and over again. We were really disappointed in this experience. It sucked the joy out of homebuying. Not to mention when we sat down at our supposed closing time after that had been moved more than 5 times, the documents weren’t ready due to some “technical issues” and then I had to argue with the title company to take off the additional $1,400 for homeowners insurance when I had already paid for a policy before closing.

I truly believe if it wasn’t for neighbors bank we would not have been able to give our children a forever home, from fixing our credit, to income, to any challenges. They were quick acting & so professional. TJ truly made a huge impact on us working with Neighbors Bank. He was loyal, kind, & generous. There were so many times he went out of his way for us & that never once went unnoticed. Thank you!!
