I will go through Neighbor’s Bank for my next home purchase, simply based on my experience working with two staff members.Melissa was an excellent loan officer. She was very informative, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire home buying process.Melissa Janke did an excellent job clarifying the complicated parts of the home loan process. I could count on her to cheer for me along the way. I’m so glad her and Kathryn Stoll are on my team.Kathryn Stoll is one of the most patient and effective people I have had the privilege to work with. She was constantly readily available to help me through the entire home buying process. I honestly don’t think I would have closed on time without her direct help. 10/10 in my book.

If you get a good team that works fast and helps walk you through on how to get the correct documentation you will be fine. They helped and was very helpful with the credit process. Underwriting was tough and felt like it took forever.
