The entire process of home buying is so stressful and scary- especially when it’s your first time! My team at Neighbors Bank was out of this world. Each person I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. I never had to wait 30+ minutes in the phone to talk to a real human that cares and always was responded to within the same day or next day. I would highly recommend Neighbors to anyone- they truly made my dream come true!

I had a rough patch with this experience but honestly neighbors bank gave me the opportunity I needed I was homeless and had been searching three years for a home. Neighbors bank made my search hunt end. They worked with me it was very hard but they stuck it out for me major and I’m very happy for the credit team to the loan officer, for this whole team.
