- Neighbors Bank does not endorse, recommend, or steer consumers to any specific loan product that we offer, nor do we guarantee approval on any loan product. You make the ultimate decision on the loan product that is best for your individual financial situation. We will only provide lending services from loan officers who are licensed in the state you intend to purchase.
- Loan Information Requests
- When you submit a request for information (an “Inquiry”) through this website, a representative will contact you via the phone number or email address you provided. The representative will ask you for additional information in order to facilitate your request. WE WILL NOT ACCESS YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS VERBAL OR WRITTEN PERMISSION.

- There is no charge to you, as a consumer, for using the services provided on this Site. A licensed representative will discuss any and all fees for receiving a loan and all fees will be provided consistent with state and federal laws.
- My Neighbors Bank Account Registration and Eligibility
- Registration is optional; however, you will need to register with us to use all of our features and services. We will create an individual membership profile account when you register on mortgage.neighborsbank.com. If you open an account, we will give you the ability to communicate with your loan team and use other features of Neighbors Bank Online. In order to register with My Neighbors Bank, you must meet the following qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service.
- You must provide true, accurate, current and complete registration information.
- You agree to keep this information up-to-date.
- You must abide at all times with the Terms of this Agreement.
- If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you must have legal authority to act on behalf of such individual.
- We are not responsible if we are unable to communicate with you because you have not kept your registration information up to date. By accessing and/or registering for the use of Neighbors Bank Online, you represent and warrant that (a) you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into the Agreement and follow its obligations, (b) you have the authority to bind your principal or employer company if you are applying on behalf of a business, and (c) you are providing true, complete and current information.
- Your Information
- When you submit information about you to us, you agree that we may collect and use your information as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Each time you access and use Neighbors Bank Online, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the policies disclosed in this section and consent to their terms.
- You will have the option to connect your bank account(s) to your Neighbors Bank Online account via Plaid, in order to automatically verify asset information for the purpose of facilitating your loan transaction and improving your Neighbors Bank Online user experience. By using our service, you grant Neighbors Bank and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your Neighbors Bank profile security settings.
- By connecting your bank accounts via Plaid, we will receive the following information:
- Bank Account Owner
- Account Type
- Account Balance
- Last 4 digits of Bank Account number
- Transaction data
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Dates of line items
- Dollar amount of line items
- Transaction description
- We will only use this information to verify assets and update your loan file. Neighbors Bank will only verify your asset information when you have an active (not denied, closed, or withdrawn) loan with us.
- Data Backup
- You are solely responsible for backing up any Content that you store on any customizable area on Neighbors Bank Online. We are not responsible for the loss of any data or Content you elect to store on Neighbors Bank Online.
- Account Security
- You agree to notify Neighbors Bank immediately of any unauthorized use of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any of your usernames or passwords associated with the websites and content. You may be held liable for losses or damages incurred by Neighbors Bank or any other user of or visitor to the website due to someone else using your user name, ID, password, or other information which provides access to the website. Neighbors Bank is not liable for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of your failure to comply with these requirements.
- Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify Neighbors Bank and its’ affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expense (including attorney’s fees) and damages arising out of any claims resulting from your use of this website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Choice of Law
- You agree that the laws of the State of Missouri govern this contract and any claim or dispute that you may have against us, without regard to Missouri’s conflict of laws rules. You further agree that a court located in Boone County, Missouri will resolve any disputes or claims that you may have against us.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any claim, dispute, or cause of action arising out of the use of the Site shall be subject to arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, in a proceeding held before one arbitrator as chosen by Neighbors Bank. The arbitration shall occur in Boone County, Missouri. Any claim, dispute, or cause of action shall be resolved in the arbitration proceeding and shall be binding on all parties. You, as the consumer, waive and forfeit any and all rights to any action in state or federal court to defend or assert your rights.

Community Terms of Use Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Neighbors Bank (“NB”), concerning your access to and use of the Neighbors Bank Homeowner Community website (“website”). The website allows users to upload images and videos, and interact with other users content (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are free of charge. The Services are hosted in the United States. These Terms of Use are effective as of November 10, 2022.
- Eligibility
- Eligibility. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- User Representations and Warranties
- User Representations and Warranties. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, your postings to the Homeowner Community content hub (collectively, “Contribution”). When you create or make available a Contribution, you thereby represent and warrant that:
- the creation, distribution, transmission, public display and performance, accessing, downloading and copying of your Contribution does not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights of any third party;
- you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to your Contribution, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to viewers any required terms;
- your Contribution does not contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malicious code or other harmful or destructive content;
- your Contribution is not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable, libelous or slanderous, does not advocate the violent overthrow of the government of the United States, does not incite, encourage or threaten immediate physical harm against another, does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
- your Contribution does not contain material that solicits personal information from anyone under 18 or exploit people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, and does not violate any federal or state law concerning child pornography or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
- if your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either (i) received permission from your employer to make available the Contribution, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to your Contribution;
- your Contribution does not violate any state or federal law designed to regulate electronic advertising;
- your Contribution does not amount to trolling, or the making of controversial statements for the sole purpose of generating responses by others;
- your Contribution does not constitute, contain, install or attempt to install or promote spyware, malware or other computer code, whether on Company’s or others computers or equipment, designed to enable you or others to gather information about or monitor the online or other activities of another party;
- your Contribution does not inundate the website with communications or other traffic suggesting no serious intent to use the website for its stated purpose;
- your Contribution does not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation; and
- your Contribution does not contain pictures, data, audio or visual files, or any other content that is excessive in size, as determined by Neighbors Bank in its sole discretion.
- Posting
- By posting your Content using the Services, you are granting to Neighbors Bank an unrestricted, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and fully transferable, assignable, and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create collective or derivative works from, distribute, perform and display your Content in whole or in part and to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You further warrant that all so-called moral rights in the content have been waived.
- By posting content to the website, you warrant and represent that you either own or otherwise control all of the rights to that content, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the content, or that your use of the content is a protected fair use. You agree that you will not knowingly provide material and misleading false information. You represent and warrant also that the content you supply does not violate these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your postings do not disclose confidential and/or proprietary information, including personal financial information, information covered by a nondisclosure agreement, and information that you are not authorized to disclose. - using any information obtained from the website in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;
- engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages;
- interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the website or the networks or services connected to the website;
- attempting to impersonate another user or person;
- using the username of another user;
- selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
- using any information obtained from the website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
- displaying an advertisement, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the website on behalf of that person, such as posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose; and

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, NEIGHBORS BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE TO, ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
- Term
- This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or are a User. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by emailing privacy@neighborsbank.com. The request will be processed in 1-3 business days. Neighbors Bank may terminate your use or participation at any time, without warning. Even after your use and participation is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act
- Copyright Policy. Neighbors Bank will terminate the account and access rights of any repeat infringer. If you are a copyright owner or the legal agent of a copyright owner, and you believe that any User submission or content on the website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice to:
